This is our favorite hat we’ve ever made. It looks like it was pulled straight out of a 2000s surf magazine, it’s super comfy to wear, and it’s versatile because it looks great both forward and backward. Wearing it backward might be our favorite Sickos hat look ever. Built from tough canvas with a high-quality Stretch Fit build, it’s durable, premium, and impossible to go wrong with. Even if it’s not your usual style, throw it on backward with some jeans and it will look amazing.
If your head is average in size, the L/XL should be a great fit. For smaller heads, choose the S/M. Be sure to check the size guide for detailed measurements before ordering.

Between Drops
We run SICKOS on a drop basis — which means our shop isn’t always open. This policy applies only to orders placed during active sales periods.
Next Drop Coming: Fall 2025 — limited stock, no restocks. Join the SICKOS mailing list or follow us on Instagram to get the drop date before anyone else. Once it’s gone, it’s gone.
All Items are Pre-Order and expected to ship in 4 -5 weeks. European orders are subject to possible customs fees, and wait times.
Unfortunately, we cannot cover duty and custom fees for international orders!
All purchases are final we do not accept returns.
